The "Service Pod" Breakthrough:
By rotating the kitchen 90 degrees and mounting it directly against the Universal Wet Cell's front wall, we achieve the ultimate micro-apartment layout. The MEP shaft is reduced to a highly concentrated vertical node. The kitchen now acts as an architectural room divider, creating a dedicated entrance corridor and opening up an uninterrupted 6.2-meter deep Living Room facing the panorama windows.

CAD Draftsman Control & Structural Alignment Notes
- Compact MEP Core: By wrapping the kitchen around the bathroom, the MEP shaft is reduced from a 4.4m trench to a single, highly concentrated vertical node placed perfectly at the T-junction of the party wall and wet walls.
- Total Standardization: Both the Ground Floor and 1st Floor feature 100% identical layouts. This ensures identical tiling, cabinetry, and plumbing setups for all 16 units, drastically reducing production and maintenance costs.
- Acoustic Isolation: The 40cm party wall separating the dual studios across both levels must maintain heavy soundproofing specifications (54 dB minimum rating).
STATUS: Ultimate layout standardization achieved via the "Service Pod" model. Ready for direct integration into the Hostinger WordPress node and municipal planning clearance.
