Solenne Shared Residences

Master Pavilion · Definitive Spatial Specification (Flow Optimized)
Design Philosophy Note: The Master Pavilion is intentionally designed as a luxurious private residence. This upgraded floor plan completely optimizes the "aging-in-place" luxury flow: A private Guest En-Suite on the Ground Floor, and a Master Wellness Bath on the 1st Floor that acts as a central hub, cleanly separating the wet shower zone from the dry Walk-In Dressing Room.

GF Ground Floor Specifications
Front Zone Grand Lounge (50 m²): 5.0m Depth x 10.0m Width. Fully glazed panoramic front orientation. Open-plan circulation with seamless, flush threshold transition to the Pool Terrace.
Rear Zone Office / Guest Room (22.0 m²): A perfectly rectangular 5.5m x 4.0m suite positioned quietly in the rear. Includes a private exterior door for direct access to the clear Rear Terrace.

Private Guest En-Suite (5.1 m²): By utilizing the 1.5m x 3.4m footprint behind the Wet Bar, the guest room now features its own dedicated luxury bathroom, ensuring complete privacy and independence.

Wet Bar & Lounge Powder Room: The WET BAR forms a 3.0m wide architectural feature facing the Lounge. A dedicated Lounge Powder Room (1.5 m²) sits directly behind the right side of the bar, accessed via a flush, concealed door.
Circulation & Exterior Vertical Core: Lift (1.5m x 2.0m) and MEP Shaft (1.5m x 0.4m min.) aligned at the rear.
Kinetic Exterior Staircase: Normally kept retracted to keep the 3-meter compound buffer zone 100% free for emergency vehicles. When deployed, it lowers to the ground for egress. Symmetry note: Villas A/D mirror Villas B/C left-to-right.
1F 1st Floor Specifications (Flow Optimized)
Front Zone Master Suite (50 m²): 5.0m Depth x 10.0m Width. Full panoramic views with flush, step-free access to the Pool Balcony.
Rear Zone Master Wellness Bath (18.0 m²): Positioned as the central hub of the rear zone. Connects seamlessly to the Master Suite via the pocket door, and provides direct, unhindered access to the Roll-In Shower (2.4 m²) located next to the lift core.

Walk-In Dressing Room (10.0 m²): Moved to the far-left side (2.5m x 4.0m). This keeps the wardrobe completely dry and separated from the wet shower transition paths, perfecting the daily wellness flow.
Vertical Core & Circulation Lift & Plumbing Core: Perfect vertical alignment with the ground floor layout.
The Gallery Walkway: 1.5m x 4.0m clear passage feeding directly into the Master Suite.
Primary Access: 100cm wide pocket sliding door connecting the suite and central bath.
CAD Architect's Special Notes & Critical Verifications
  • Total Area Experience: 130m² total (90m² climate-core + 40m² integrated outdoor zones per floor).
  • Structural Engineering (1F Flow): To prioritize interior flow, the 1st Floor Master Bath spans the load-bearing line from the Ground Floor. The engineer must conceal the supporting beam within the floor slab, or the architect must integrate it gracefully (e.g., as a partition between the vanity and bathtub).
  • Concealed Doors (Millwork): The 3.0m wide Wet Bar must be treated as a cohesive architectural millwork element facing the lounge. The door to the Lounge Powder Room must be a "secret door" functioning as a flush cabinet panel to conceal the toilet completely.
  • Kinetic Egress / Facade Integration: The exterior staircase must be designed as a mechanical drop-down system that folds flat within the facade when raised, ensuring no obstruction to emergency vehicle pathways.
  • Universal Accessibility: Structural reinforcement and concealed service provision for future ceiling-mounted patient hoist installation extending into the Roll-In Shower. No hardware is to be visible on day one. Gallery walkway 1.5m is dimensioned for roll-in capability.
STATUS: The overall spatial concept is considered resolved and highly optimized. Final dimensions and technical solutions remain subject to engineering verification and local building regulations.
